Parent-Share: Teaching Our Children Together 

Parent-Share is simply the idea of parents co-teaching classes within the DCHE community.

Whether it’s two parents or ten, sharing the responsibility to teach a subject gives parents access

to more resources, more time, and the ability to streamline the costs associated with educating our children. 

How It Works:

  1. Submit a class interest form by July 1st 2025.

  2. Class descriptions will be placed on the DCHE website for other parents to select. 

  3. Classes must have two or more families interested to qualify as a Parent-Share and open for registration.

  4. Parents will have the ability to contact each other to plan and prepare for the class.

  5. The deadline to submit qualified Parent-Share classes is August 1st. 

  6. Rooms and time slots are distributed on a first come basis.

  7. Class spaces and times are available weekly on Wednesdays and the 2nd & 4th Friday of the month.


Parent-Share is a great opportunity for families enjoy homeschooling together!

It augments the traditional class structure, providing flexibility to both parents and students, and lowers the cost of meeting academic requirements.
