About This Course
This one-day-per-week homeschool co-op class introduces students to the fascinating world of chemistry and physics using Apologia’s Exploring Creation with Chemistry and Physics curriculum (apologia.com).
Designed specifically for upper elementary students, this course presents scientific concepts in a conversational, engaging style that encourages curiosity and critical thinking. Throughout the year, students will explore how God designed the physical world, from the building blocks of matter to the forces that govern motion and energy.
Class time will include interactive lessons, demonstrations, hands-on experiments, and group discussions to reinforce concepts learned at home.

Expectations
Students should come prepared, having completed assigned readings or activities. Participation in class discussions and experiments is encouraged to help build confidence and a love of science.
